We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in design, architecture, and performance optimization . The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, drive best practices, and build scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java and frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance full stack applications.

Drive architectural decisions and ensure best coding and design practices

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product

Ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend applications

Work with cloud-native architectures and serverless components

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a Java Full Stack Developer/Lead

Expertise in Java (17–21)

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3+ and microservices architecture

Strong frontend experience with React.js (18+) and TypeScript

Solid understanding of design patterns, system design, and optimization techniques

Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs

Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus

Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period.

Willingness to work from office (Pune - Kharadi)
