Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented Software Development Consultant || with strong expertise in Core Java and modern application development frameworks. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance, scalable applications, while ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and cloud-based deployments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, scalable applications using Java-based technologies.
• Build and expose RESTful services ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Develop enterprise applications using Spring & Spring Boot frameworks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, including database interactions and system bottlenecks.
• Implement unit testing and automated testing strategies to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Work on GCP Cloud-based solutions, including deployment, monitoring, and scalability enhancements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in Core Java (multithreading, collections, performance tuning)
• Experience in REST API development and integration
• Proficiency in Spring Framework & Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL/Oracle or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito or similar)
• Experience in designing high-throughput, distributed systems
• Knowledge of GCP Cloud technologies (Compute Engine, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
