Our challenge:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Java Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in Java and Vue.js.

The Role

Responsibilities:

Lead the full stack development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Contribute actively to coding and development tasks.
Design and architect technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Drive the delivery of projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Manage and coordinate remote offshore teams across Ukraine and Colombia.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Continuously evaluate technology stack and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

You are:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Vue.js.
Hands-on experience in technical design, architecture, and delivery management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate remote teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-have:

It would be great if you also had:

Experience working with international teams in Ukraine and Colombia.
Knowledge of other front-end and back-end technologies.
Certifications in Java, Full Stack Development, or related areas.
