Job Title : Salesforce Developer (Agentforce + PD1)
Location : Hartford, CT (Hybrid )
Duration : Long Term Contract (12+ Months)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Agentforce AI, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . The candidate must have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integrations, and working in Agile environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification ( required )
- Agentforce Specialist Certification ( required )
- 6+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) Developer/Admin experience
- Strong hands-on experience with: Apex (Classes, Triggers), SOQL
- Visualforce Pages
- Workflows, Approvals, Validation Rules
- Dashboards, Custom Objects, Email Templates
- AppExchange, Data Loader
- Roles & Profiles
- 3+ years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Experience with Agentforce (AI agents development)
- Programming experience in Apex, Java, JavaScript
- Experience with com IDE, ANT, AutoRABIT
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe methodology
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
Good to Have:
- Experience with GitHub, RTC, automation tools
- Knowledge of IVR technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots)
