Job Summary

This role includes oversight on design and implementation of products assigned to the team, taking user stories from idea to production unattended.
Responsibilities
Analyse, design, program, test and deploy new user stories and features with high quality (security, reliability, operations) to production.
Provide learning tasks and guide advanced beginners, helping them grow.
Achieve team commitments and influence others through informal leadership and strong communication skills.
Oversee design decisions and guide the team to achieve key results for assigned products.
Remediate issues using engineering principles and create proactive design solutions for potential failures.
Contribute to and lead technology communities.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience.
Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
Proficiency with React or other front‐end technology.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or AWS native services.
Kubernetes and DevOps experience.
Exposure to PostgreSQL.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog.
Strong individual contributor and excellent English communication skills.
