What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Build secure, scalable, and high-performing RESTful APIs
Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Promote best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and software delivery
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional experience in Java web application development
Strong expertise in Spring Boot (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
Hands-on experience with React, Thymeleaf, JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, REST APIs, and SQL databases
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and automated testing frameworks
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with message queues or event-driven systems
Practical experience using AI/LLM tools to enhance development productivity
