Full Stack Tech Lead (75% Java, 25% Angular)
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Deep work experience with Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, AWS
- Smart development using GitHub Copilot for increased productivity and efficient usage of tokens
- In‑depth knowledge of APIs and microservices
- Work with Product Owner and business users to understand requirements, perform elicitation, and write solution design documents
- Hands‑on experience with Angular 18 or above
- Strong communication skills – articulate persuasively at all levels to diverse audiences
- Significant experience in tech/software development and technical leadership
- Develop high‑quality, detailed designs
- Conduct unit testing using automated test frameworks
- Identify risk and conduct mitigation action planning
- Review peer developers’ work and provide constructive feedback
- Use coding standards and best practices to ensure quality
