Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Fullstack applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java Fullstack development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications:
