Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using technologies like Spring Boot , Spring Cloud , Node.js , and Express , ensuring robustness and scalability.
Build and consume SOAP web services (e.g., Apache CXF, JAXWS) and RESTful APIs , integrating them seamlessly with other systems.
Execute complex XML transformations leveraging libraries such as JAXB , XSLT , xml2js , and xmlbuilder2 .
Handle data persistence and query optimization using both SQL and NoSQL databases .
Create clear, machine-readable API documentation and streamline testing using Swagger/ OpenAPI , Postman , and Git .
Collaborate on tasks, issues, and project tracking via JIRA .
(Preferred) Work with messaging and caching tools like Kafka , Redis , and RabbitMQ , enhancing system resilience.
Apply domain-specific standards like HL7 CDA , FHIR , and X12 EDI (837 claims) to ensure compliance with healthcare data protocols.
Interface with payer/provider systems such as EHR , HRP , Facets , and QNXT for effective data exchange and integration.
Eligibility:
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong foundation in SOAP/REST APIs and XML processing .
Proficiency in backend frameworks and technologies like Spring Boot , Spring Cloud , Node.js , and Express .
Hands-on experience with XML transformation tools (e.g., JAXB, XSLT, xml2js, xmlbuilder2).
Familiarity with SOAP frameworks such as Apache CXF and JAXWS.
Solid experience managing both SQL and NoSQL databases and designing data models efficiently.
Practical use of development and testing tools like Git , Swagger/OpenAPI , Postman , and JIRA .
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards: HL7 CDA , FHIR , and X12 EDI (837 claims) .
Good to have:
Experience with distributed systems and messaging platforms— Kafka , Redis , and RabbitMQ .
Exposure to payer or provider health systems including EHR , HRP , Facets , or QNXT .
Strong strategic problemsolving ability and a methodical, qualitydriven approach to software delivery
