Job Title: Java fullstack Developer

Location: New York - 4 days onsite role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and modern cloud-native technologies to join a fast-paced engineering team supporting critical trading, risk management, and financial services applications. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful services, and building responsive front-end solutions in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Implement secure coding standards, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.
Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices for automated deployments.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.
Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and REST API development.
Front-end development experience using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
