Key Responsibilities looking for 10+ years
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered conversational applications and virtual assistants.
- Build chatbot and voicebot solutions using LLMs and NLP frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
- Develop conversational workflows, intents, entities, context handling, and dialogue management.
- Integrate AI assistants with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party services.
- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more software languages, such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Create prompt engineering strategies for accurate and context-aware responses.
- Develop multi-turn conversational experiences with memory and personalization.
- Work with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies for voice AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with designing and building software engineering solutions in cloud environments
- 2+ years of experience as a technical team leader
