Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer or Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, and financial domain exposure (preferred).

Required Skills: 9+ years of experience in Java backend/Fullstack development Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC Experience with Microservices Architecture Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with Kafka/Messaging systems Experience with Docker/Kubernetes Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)

- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work with distributed systems and ensure scalability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps, Product)
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
- Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
