We are looking for Java Fullstack Tech Lead for our client in Dallas TX .
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Backend experience in Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and hands-on experience with major services.
- Experience with microservices, serverless frameworks, and API first architecture.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full stack applications.
- Drive architectural decisions, best coding practices, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Build responsive, high-performance UI using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries.
- Develop reusable components and ensure high code quality through unit testing.
- Optimize front end applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Develop microservices with clean architecture and secure integrations.
- Implement server-side business logic, caching, and data storage solutions.
- Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, DynamoDB/RDS, SNS/SQS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across the stack.
- Guide the team in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of IaC (CloudFormation / Terraform).
- Familiarity with modern design systems and UI/UX best practices.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture, Kafka, or messaging systems.
