We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Java Fullstack Engineer (with ReactJS) THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO GUADALAJARA, MEXICO CITY AND MONTERREY - Tops Skills:_- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on working experience- Strong experience in Java and ReactJS- English language proficiency- Nice to have:_- Knowledge with Copilot or ChatGPT- Responsabilities:_- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS Spring Boot and Java- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs- Help maintain code quality organization and automation- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process- Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions- Ensure that all development activities comply with industry standards and best practices _Why Cognizant?
