Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Java/J2EE developer to lead web service development and integration efforts within a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable web services using Spring Boot, integrating RESTful APIs, and delivering secure, high-performance solutions aligned with financial industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop enterprise-grade services using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Lead API integration initiatives across internal and external banking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Drive innovation in digital banking solutions through agile development practices.
- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- 10+ years of experience in the banking or financial services domain, specifically in payment processing (ACH, Wire).
- 10+ years of experience working on large-scale, multi-tier, transaction-based platforms.
- 10+ years of solid understanding of security, performance tuning, and service orchestration.
- 10+ years of experience working in agile and service-oriented architecture environments.
- Hands-on experience with applications deployed on OpenShift platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in leading distributed teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
