Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design and build backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Translate architecture and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Actively engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements .
Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
Own deliverables end to end: development, testing, deployment readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Java-based application development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
Strong testing experience (JUnit, Mockito).
Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.
Nice to Have
Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines
Kafka or event-driven architectures
