Job Description:
Mandatory required skills:
o Core Java (Java 8/11+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
o Microservices architecture & REST APIs
o Frontend: React / Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript
o Experience building distributed systems and scalable applications
o Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
o CI/CD tools: Jenkins / GitHub / GitLab
Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway)
o Experience in P&C or Life Insurance systems
o Strong mix of hands-on coding + architecture + team leadership
Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade insurance applications using Java full stack technologies, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Lead end-to-end full stack development using Java (Spring Boot) + UI frameworks (React/Angular)
Define and drive microservices-based architecture and API strategy
Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS)
Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and system workflows
Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Integrate with insurance platforms (Guidewire)
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and reviews
Note :
Candidate must have:-
Must be on HCLtech vendor W2, no layering is allowed
Valid visa with min 12 months validity
Resume should have LinkedIn URL to validate
Must be good with 5 days onsite working as per customer expectation along with 6 months contract to hire
Vendor SPOC must enter his contact details (Name, Email, Phone#) so that TAG can reach out for next steps if profile get shortlisted
