Java + Python Senior/Lead/AD

Our team delivers digital transformation solutions for information extraction from structured and semi-structured documents. We are hiring for our Foreseer platform, a human-in-the-loop system that combines the latest AI/ML advances with a state-of-the-art UI, all powered by a distributed, cloud-native framework. The team consists of experts in Java, Python, and machine learning.
Requirements
Job Title: Java + Python Senior / Lead / AD
Location: Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
Experience: 5-15 years
Experience & Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant technology field.
Proficiency in either:
Java/J2EE and related frameworks (Spring, RESTful services, Spring Boot).
AI technologies such as Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
Strong experience in designing and building microservices-based distributed systems.
Knowledge of various database technologies, including RDBMS and NoSQL.
Hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS - S3, EKS, EC2), and CI/CD pipelines.
For senior roles, at least 3+ years of team leadership experience.
Nice to Have
Experience with distributed systems programming.
Hands-on experience with Python.
Familiarity with ElasticSearch/Redis.
Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies
