Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java/Python Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Python, Microservices, and AI frameworks, with proven experience building intelligent AI agents that enhance and automate end-user journeys.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 17/21), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI application development and automation.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
AI & Agentic AI Experience (Must Have)
- Experience designing and developing AI agents that automate and improve end-user workflows and experiences.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar.
- Experience with prompt engineering, context management, memory, and conversation orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications through APIs and tool/function calling.
- Understanding of multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based Microservices and enterprise applications.
- Build Python-based AI services and integrate them with Java applications.
- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of executing multi-step business workflows.
- Build AI-driven solutions that improve customer and end-user experiences.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, databases, and third-party APIs.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with AI tool/function calling and agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Exposure to Generative AI platforms and AI governance best practices.
- Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Enterprise domain experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
