Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud technologies. This role involves developing high-performance backend applications, collaborating directly with client stakeholders, and delivering robust cloud-native solutions in an Agile environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to work independently while contributing to the success of enterprise software initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Python.
- Build high-performance backend services and cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Develop secure, reusable, and efficient RESTful APIs for enterprise integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
Backend Development
- Develop and optimize enterprise-grade backend systems capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Design modular microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement business logic, data processing, and application integrations using Java and Python.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues.
Database Development
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
- Work with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and application performance.
Cloud & DevOps
- Develop and deploy cloud-enabled applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Utilize Git for source code management and version control.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless application deployment and monitoring.
Client Collaboration
- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, and requirement analysis sessions.
- Provide regular project updates and technical recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Python.
- Proven experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development.
- Experience building scalable cloud-native applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
