Senior Java + Python Developer (Toronto)

Requirements

• 10 years of development experience in Mindbreeze‑like search product capability.
• Hands‑on experience in integrating, configuring, and extending the Mindbreeze InSpire Insight Engine.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C, or C++ for using Mindbreeze REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
• Crawler configuration experience for data ingestion.
• Experience connecting to diverse data sources (file systems, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, databases) using standard protocols such as CMIS, JDBC, or dedicated connectors.
• Familiarity with XML content feed adapters.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication skills, especially in collaborating closely with Mindbreeze vendors, client technology teams, and bridging gaps to analyze the current state and prepare appropriate queries for Mindbreeze vendors to implement business requirements.
• Experience with AI/LLM functionalities is a plus.
