We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Junior Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions.
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint goals.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Maintain and enhance software functionality, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders in English.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java , Python , and working with XML .
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and tackle challenging technological problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for operational purposes.
Work Arrangement :
- Hybrid work model : 2 days per week from the office.
- Work hours :08:00 to 17:00 (Mexico City Time) .
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in distributed teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tools.
