We have an immediate opportunity for a Java Rust Developer and this role offers significant ownership and influence over the core platform, with responsibilities spanning the full feature lifecycle-from identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions to implementation and production support. We embrace agile development practices, including pair programming, shared code ownership, and continuous knowledge sharing, enabling our team to deliver high-quality, high-impact software.
Our technology stack is built entirely in modern Rust, with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability. The ideal candidate has experience developing highly scalable applications and distributed systems, along with a solid understanding of Rust, concurrent programming, and system design concepts such as replication, consensus, and failure handling. Experience with Kubernetes, Linux internals, storage systems, distributed databases, or backend web technologies is a plus. We are looking for engineers who enjoy working across both high-level architecture and low-level performance optimization while maintaining a passion for clean, well-tested code.
