Java Server Side Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Server Side Developer to join our team and contribute to high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain Java/Spring Boot components while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

This role involves developing new features, integrating DevOps practices, and optimizing performance to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Java/Spring Boot-based components.
• Collaborate with product owners and business users in an agile setting.
• Develop new features and ensure performance optimization.
• Integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
• Take initiative to clarify requirements, plan implementations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Write clean, consistent, and well-documented code.
• Uphold best practices and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Core Java, including class loading, garbage collection, Java Collections API, multithreading, concurrent programming, Reflections API, and Java Streams.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of IoC and MVC frameworks.
• Proven experience in building large-scale applications.
• Solid foundation in computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB from an application development perspective.
• Exposure to cloud migration or transitioning from on-premises technologies to cloud platforms.
