In this role you manage and support applications within a managed portfolio, ensuring availability, security, and compliance. You collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to optimize performance and enable reliable service delivery. You handle updates, patches, and incident resolution, while conducting audits and safeguarding data. This position offers exposure to integration projects and modern technologies within a global, hybrid work environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Install, configure and maintain applications in the portfolio
• Monitor application performance to ensure high availability
• Apply regular updates and patches for security and compliance
• Provide L2 support and troubleshoot user issues; log and resolve tickets
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate applications and enable data flow
• Participate in system integration projects and manage certificates
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvements, and conduct performance testing
• Implement security measures, perform audits and vulnerability assessments; remediate findings
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Communicate with customers, government authorities and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of experience in application support
• relevant university degree preferred
• Windows Server and Linux administration (essential)
• JBoss xqbhyrx knowledge (very important)
• SQL and PowerShell (important)
• Sybase, DB viewer tools, and basic understanding of application architecture (nice to have)
• English fluency
• familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms (strong advantage)
