Role Overview
The Senior Java Engineer will support the development and maintenance of a cutting-edge inventory management platform that automates and optimizes trading operations globally. The role is critical in enabling efficient inventory decisions across markets by delivering reliable, scalable solutions.
Key Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in complex Java software development
Advanced knowledge of Java 17, 21 or higher
Proven experience with real-time architectures and messaging middleware such as Kafka
Strong expertise in server-side Java and highly concurrent programming
Familiarity with SDLC automation tools like Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Artifactory
Experience working on large-scale projects and influencing design decisions
Nice to Have
Experience with Apache Flink, Apache Ignite, and Angular
Background in real-time trading systems, especially equities trading
Experience in building large greenfield projects
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
