Job Description:
8+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 8+; familiarity with Java 11+ preferred).
Strong Spring ecosystem experience: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
Hands-on experience designing and building microservices architectures.
Production experience with Kafka (streaming, durable messaging, schema registry, consumer groups).
Solid understanding and application of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
Strong knowledge of concurrency and multithreading in Java (Executors, CompletableFuture, synchronization, concurrent collections).
Experience with RESTful API design, HTTP, and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2/JWT).
Familiarity with databases (relational and NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proficient with build and CI tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI).
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
