Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java / Spring Developer to support the analysis, design, development, and testing of complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based technologies, object-oriented design, and full SDLC implementation, with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Analyze, design, develop, and test new applications and enhancements to existing systems
- Build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java-based technologies
- Apply SDLC methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business owners to gather and refine requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework
- Proficiency in Hibernate and Hibernate Query Language (HQL)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience working on large-scale, complex systems
- Hands-on experience with JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise or mission-critical application environments
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
