- Cloud-native application development and microservices architecture
- RESTful API design and microservices patterns
- BI reporting or other reporting tools (exposure)
- CI/CD with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Docker/Kubernetes (familiarity/exposure is an asset)
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) and GitHub Copilot (willingness to learn)
- LLM integration - Claude Sonnet, GPT, Gemini (interest to explore)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native microservices and APIs using Golang, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Support development of scalable, secure, and resilient applications on modern cloud platforms.
- Contribute to reporting solutions, including BI reporting or other reporting tools, to deliver actionable insights for Capital Markets products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
- Learn to leverage MCP and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and code quality.
- Explore and support integration of LLMs (Claude Sonnet, GPT, Gemini) for code generation, review, and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Support adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as part of an on-call rotation.
