Role Summary
Hands-on Senior Java Fullstack Developer with strong Spring Boot, microservices, REST API and frontend skills. Must actively use GenAI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar to improve coding, testing, refactoring and documentation. The role requires strong ownership, clean engineering practices and excellent communication.
Must-Have Skills
Java, OOP, collections, exception handling, design patterns and clean coding practices.
Spring Boot for REST APIs, microservices, validation, logging, security basics and production-ready services.
Fullstack development: React / Angular / Vue, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive UI.
Database skills: SQL, relational databases, JPA / Hibernate and basic performance tuning.
Git, branching, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD and Agile delivery practices.
Mandatory hands-on GenAI coding practice: regular use of Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent for code generation, refactoring, unit test creation, debugging, documentation and developer productivity.
Excellent communication; comfortable working with client, product, QA, DevOps and distributed engineering teams.
