We're recruiting for an experienced Java Software Engineer to join an engineering team building scalable cloud-native platforms and next-generation AI-enabled products.
This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies in a collaborative Agile environment, helping deliver high-impact software used by millions of users while contributing to innovative automation and AI initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing

• Developing Java microservices using Spring Boot.
• Building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Supporting production systems and participating in incident resolution.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects and product teams on technical design.
• Improving system performance, reliability and engineering processes.
• Contributing to AI-powered automation and workflow solutions.

• Strong Java development experience.
• Commercial experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• AWS cloud experience.
• Kubernetes and containerisation knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
