Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience building enterprise applications using Java/Spring Boot and relational databases. Strong SQL skills, including query writing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including user stories, sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD. Engineering mindset with a strong sense of ownership; inquisitive, analytical, and quality-focused. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
