Senior Java Developer
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team working on modern banking platforms. You will be involved in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications using Java, Microservices, Azure, and Vue.js while contributing to digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop secure and scalable Microservices and REST APIs.
- Build modern and responsive user interfaces using Vue.js.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall IT experience
6+ years of relevant Java development experience
Strong expertise in:
- Java (8/11/17)
- Spring Boot
- Spring MVC
- Spring Security
- Microservices Architecture
Front-end experience with:
- Vue.js
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure Services
- RESTful API Development
- Agile/Scrum Methodology
