Job Overview
- We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Azure Cloud, and SQL Server to join a collaborative Agile team delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong coding skills, cloud-native development experience, and the ability to contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
- You’ll work within a Scaled Agile environment, participate in backlog refinement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build high-quality, cloud-based applications using modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot .
- Build responsive front-end applications using Angular .
- Develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure .
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.
- Apply software design patterns and best coding practices.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize GitHub for source control and Jira for Agile project management.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Angular
- MS SQL Server
- Experience building cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns.
- 7+ years of experience using GitHub and Jira.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
Nice to Have
- Kafka.
- Banking or Financial Services experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Graduate degree is considered an asset.
