What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of Java / Spring development experience
- Strong backend engineering and API development skills
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- Interest in DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and modern engineering practices
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments
- Strong communication skills and agile mindset
Nice to have
- Frontend exposure (Angular / TypeScript)
- Consulting or project-based delivery experience
- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, or Terraform
Languages
German required (C1 level)
English required (B2+)
