Lead thedevelopment and deploymentof Java microservices while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Work with product owners and stakeholders totranslate business requirements into technical solutions.
Providementorship and technical guidanceto junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex technical issuesin a timely manner.
Collaborate withonsite and offshore teamsfor seamless integration and continuous delivery.
Maintain comprehensivetechnical documentationfor ongoing maintenance and future development.
Required Skills & Qualifications7–11 years of professional experience inJava developmentandmicroservices architecture.
Strong knowledge ofJava, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native microservices.
Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency indatabase technologies(SQL/No SQL).
Strong understanding ofdesign patterns, system integration, and scalability principles.
Experience withAgile methodologiesand collaborative development environments.
Excellentproblem-solving and communication skills.
Ability tomentor junior engineersand foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
