Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually (inclusive of applicable benefits)

About the Role
Requires a Senior Java & IBM Cúram Developer to support the FAST Food Nutrition Services (FNS) team. The selected candidate will be responsible for business and systems analysis, application design, development, maintenance, and enhancement activities using Java, ReactJS, and IBM Cúram technologies.
The role involves:
Developing and maintaining FAST applications
Supporting SNAP/FNS payment error reduction initiatives
Designing and implementing enhancements and defect fixes
Working closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and release management teams
Developing interfaces, batch processes, evidence automation, and business rules using IBM Cúram
Mandatory certification requirements
IBM Cúram Certification
AWS Cloud Certification
Required Qualifications
7+ Years Experience
J2EE, Java, XML, and enterprise web application development
IBM Cúram V6/V7/V8 Certified Developer (V8 Preferred)
Cúram Enterprise Framework and Solution Modules
Social Enterprise Management experience
Full SDLC experience including requirements, design, development, and testing
Technical documentation and stakeholder communication
MS Office Suite, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5+ Years Experience
Cúram Enterprise Framework Components
Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2)
Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT)
Eclipse, HTML, CSS
SOAP, WSDL Web Services
Oracle Databases
State Government IT experience
3+ Years Experience
Git, Bitbucket, JIRA
Cúram Web Services
AWS or Cloud Development
Python Programming
JavaScript and IBM WebSphere
