- 6+ years of strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, with expertise in building and managing scalable microservices-based applications.
- 6+ months of hands-on experience in AI-assisted code reengineering using Claude Code (or similar tools) to support modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, delivery execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to code quality and security standards using tools like SonarQube and Veracode.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive agile practices and manage cross-functional teams.
