Required Skills:

1. Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot, along with microservices architecture including REST APIs and service decomposition.
2. Experience with Python Behave (BDD framework) or similar BDD tools, as well as Git/GitHub workflows.
3. Understanding of API testing, integration patterns, debugging techniques, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Good to Have

1. Exposure to GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
2. Experience building reusable developer utilities or accelerators with a skills creation mindset.
3. Experience working in agile environments with strong collaboration across teams.
