Job Title: Java Spring Boot Developer
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications for the telecommunications industry.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, along with recent experience working on telecom projects.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of Java development experience
- 5+ years of Spring Boot development experience
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture
- Recent Telecommunications industry experience (mandatory)
- REST API development and integration
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Agile/Scrum development experience
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices for telecom business applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services supporting customer-facing and operational systems.
- Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Microservices Development:
- Develop cloud-native microservices using Spring Boot.
- Implement resilient and fault-tolerant services following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design asynchronous event-driven architectures where applicable.
- Telecommunications Solutions
Develop applications supporting telecom business processes, including:
- Customer Onboarding
- Order Management
- Service Provisioning
- Service Activation
- Product Catalog
- Billing
- Subscriber Management
- Network Inventory
- Device Management
- OSS/BSS Integrations
- Support integration with telecom platforms and downstream systems.
API Development & Integration:
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Build integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms.
- Integrate with third-party enterprise systems and telecom applications.
- Work with API gateways and security frameworks.
- Database Development
- Design and optimize SQL queries.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Develop data access layers using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
- Optimize database performance for high-volume telecom transactions.
Cloud & DevOps:
- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Deploy applications using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Testing & Quality:
- Develop unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Follow secure coding standards and software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Java development experience.
- 5+ years of Spring Boot development experience.
- Strong experience building enterprise microservices.
- Experience with distributed enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Recent hands-on experience in the Telecommunications industry is required.
