Own the technical direction and architecture of full stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals Set and enforce development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance Act as the technical subject matter expert across full stack development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive and scalable solutions Identify and solve complex technical challenges, delivering solutions that can be leveraged across multiple teams Drive adoption of best practices and modern technologies to improve delivery efficiency and software quality Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Continuously improve development processes to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or College Diploma required Overall 6 years of experience in JAVA development Expert-level proficiency in Full Stack Development – Java / Springboot / Kafka Advanced experience in designing and building Web API services Over 5 years of experience working with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems Experience working with Microsoft Azure platform Demonstrated ability to define and enforce development standards and best practices Experience delivering scalable, high-performance applications in production environments Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions across multiple teams or systems Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders Strong understanding of modern software development practices, tools, and frameworks Experience identifying delivery risks and driving process improvements Experience working with both onsite and offshore model In person office attendance 2-3 times a week Nice to Have
