Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of full stack solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Set and enforce development standards to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
- Act as the technical subject matter expert across full stack development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive and scalable solutions
- Identify and solve complex technical challenges, delivering solutions that can be leveraged across multiple teams
- Drive adoption of best practices and modern technologies to improve delivery efficiency and software quality
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Continuously improve development processes to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or College Diploma required
- Overall 6 years of experience in JAVA development
- Expert-level proficiency in Full Stack Development – Java / Springboot / Kafka
- Advanced experience in designing and building Web API services
- Over 5 years of experience working with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure platform
- Demonstrated ability to define and enforce development standards and best practices
- Experience delivering scalable, high-performance applications in production environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design solutions across multiple teams or systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, tools, and frameworks
- Experience identifying delivery risks and driving process improvements
- Experience working with both onsite and offshore model
- In person office attendance 2-3 times a week

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
Role Location: Annual Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario: $69,450 to $119,450
