REMOTE - Sr. Java Staff Engineer (AI-Native Development) - Visa Independent

Requirement:
We are seeking a Java Staff Engineer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable Java microservices, mentor engineers, and drive enterprise-grade backend solutions in an AI-native development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Build scalable backend solutions with PostgreSQL/Oracle databases.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate software development.
• Work with Kafka, event-driven architecture, and secure authentication (JWT/Okta).
• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
