Your Role
As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, building cloud-native and microservices-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java technologies, a strong understanding of modern software architecture, and a passion for delivering reliable and innovative solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities & Scope
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Build and support cloud-native, microservices-based architectures following industry best practices
- Develop and enhance RESTful APIs to support enterprise-grade integrations and business services
- Contribute to front-end development initiatives using Angular or React with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Design solutions optimized for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Develop and deploy applications on Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
- Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to improve software quality
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support system performance tuning, optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Contribute to distributed systems design and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools
Your Profile
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Java software development delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and cloud-native applications on Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
