Responsibilities
- Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues using tools such as the ELK stack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements in a timely manner.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Manage and optimize Oracle SQL queries and database performance.
- Utilize Linux commands for environment handling and application deployment support.
- Maintain and configure caching solutions such as Coherence or similar technologies.
- Document processes, incident resolutions, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely support during critical incidents.
