Level: Lead / Expert (10 + YOE)
Salary: Negotiable + 3 4 months annual bonus
Reports to: Software Architect / Team Lead
Overview:

• The company works with clients in the iGaming industry, which refers to online platforms offering interactive games for entertainment, such as online casino games, sports betting, slots, or fantasy sports.
• Focus on building high-performance, secure, and scalable platforms to provide purely IT Services to our clients, not operating the games ourselves.
• All products are developed under the compliance requirements of the client's local jurisdiction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack Java development (backend & frontend).
• Review code, ensure quality and performance.
• Guide junior developers and propose software architecture solutions.
• Collaborate on microservices and database optimization.

Skills & Experience:

• 12 years in web development (Java, JS, Spring, SQL).
• Experience with Unix/Linux and source control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English (especially speaking).
• On-site only (no remote/hybrid).
• Priority for candidates born in 198x.
• No job hopping - Candidates need to have 2" 2 years per company.
• Candidates must agree to work in the iGaming domain (online platform).
• High-level system architecture design skills.
• Participation in coding for at least 70% of the time.
• Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale/high-traffic environments.
