Job Ttile: Java Technical Lead - ATG Commerce

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot Microservices.
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery from requirements analysis through production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, estimations, and solution planning.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and code quality.
- Build and integrate retail commerce applications with platforms such as Loyalty, CRM, Payments, Martech, and other SaaS solutions.
- Support and enhance core retail commerce capabilities, including Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, and Order Management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of software development experience using Java technologies.
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mandatory experience in the Retail Commerce/eCommerce domain.
- Experience with Oracle ATG Commerce is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and distributed systems.
- Experience leading offshore teams and working directly with client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
