- 8 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with Tech Lead experience.
- Strong expertise in IVR/Customer Care/Contact Center applications.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience with microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
- Lead technical design, development, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
