Job Overview: Java Technical Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. The role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern architecture patterns (Microservices, REST APIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance optimizations.
- Drive CI/CD practices, DevOps integration, and automated testing.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Java (8 or above) and J2EE technologies.
- Hands-on expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker).
- Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and system design.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong Java development background.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role is mandatory.

- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in domain-specific projects (Healthcare/Finance preferred).
- Certifications in Java, Cloud, or Agile methodologies are an added advantage.
