We are looking for a Technical Lead – API Channel / Web with 5+ years of continuous and specialized experience in microservices development using Java and Spring Boot, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. The ideal candidate has strong experience in architectural design, REST API governance, cloud environments (AWS), and a clear focus on code quality and best practices.
Provide technical leadership to development teams working with Java / Spring Boot microservices.

Design and define solution architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Perform and oversee code reviews, ensuring high quality and adherence to development standards.
Define and implement end-to-end testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E testing).
Contribute to the deployment and operation of services in AWS environments (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
Act as a technical reference and mentor, supporting team growth and knowledge sharing.
5+ years of experience in Java-based microservices development with Spring Boot.
Proven experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
Strong knowledge of JPA / Hibernate.
Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
Testing & quality
Experience defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
Strong background in JUnit and Mockito.
High standards for code quality, maintainability, and best practices.
Native or equivalent Spanish.
English B2, spoken, written, and read.
